Let x = Time you spend interfering into others lives e.g. Gossip, relatives, friends & people who do not matter, getting validated on social media from people etc etc
Let y = Time you spend interfering into YOUR own life e.g. Fitness, Meditation, a very good reading, good sleep, an awesome session of hard work etc.
For most people ‘y’ is a very occasional & a small fraction of ‘x’. Such people day dream a lot, remain obsessed with their emotions (Why this happens to me, Why did he/she do this to me, What he/she thinks of me, I need to look ‘Cool’ to people around etc etc ). They just keep on staring at their phone (those 3-4 Apps) almost at all times.
Such people allow the energy that belongs to them to get wasted in people’s traps & then they keep on blaming the external circumstances for their bankrupt ratio of y/x. They are their own enemy & they do not know it. Most remain like this only right through their lives (Habits!)
Then there are others who the society calls as ‘Achievers’. They seem to just do everything right in their lives. They just seem so damn lucky. They get things so easily. They seek to do brave, creative, fun & lovely things that are usually left undone by a majority of people. People kind of secretly love them.
They like a drug dealer will very furtively, cleverly & away from the world eye; will keep on attracting beautiful things to them by keeping on growing the y/x ratio. They like drug dealers suppress their own ambitions & temptations in order to be what they need to be.
Summary:- Become focused like a drug dealer & make y/x at least greater than 10.
Magic will happen then 🙂
