I have it all

I have it all. Buried deep under my skin.
Too much. Too little.
From long ago.
- How much -
do you want ?

I have it all. Bubbling, burbling, murmuring
in the spaces of my mind
Too wide. Too narrow
From time to time
- How much -
can you hold?

I have it all. Foaming, spuming, sparkling
in my soul
Too eternal. Too ephemeral
From the beginning
- How much -
can you absorb?

I have it all.I have it in my heart. The bloodstreams dumping blood, pouring in all.
Too broad.Too thin.
-How much-
can you draw?

I have it all.I have in my mind dreams for all.Sometimes through the meadows, sometimes through the wall.
Too big.Too small.
-How much-
can you hold?

I have it all.People mumbling their stories and I absorb them all.I absorb those stories and I'm going to absorb them all.
Too long.Too short.
-How much-
do you want?

Within you
In your soul

Destroy Me

If You know

how to destroy me,

again and again

in your ruthless rhyme.

Let me tell you,

I will build myself back anew

every single time.

Try again

You will find my soul more strong

Every time you destroy

New creation will happen

I am immortal

Anant

"There will be times in your life, when you do not know what you want.
But remember,
you always know, deep within what you need.

Do you need me then?
like air.
Like water.
Like fire.
Like the sky, and
Like the earth..."

Asked the star to the tree on a distant planet.

The difficulty of living in an empty space is that
you are so full of light and dark,
matter and anti-matter,
galaxies and black-holes,
and still
you are
the empty space.

"Na mera koi antt hai
Na koi shuruat
Na koi rishta hai
Na koi shikwa hai
Na koi shikayat
Na koi àpna
Na koi paraya
Na koi dukh hai
Na koi Sukh hai
Anant hu Mai
Har kaal me vidyamaan hun
Shakti Hun mai
Mai hi shuruat hun
Mai hi antt Hun"

Reality

Everything You can imagine is real.

The cave man imagined, out of need or fantasy.
We got the first stone tools. And then monarchies and kingdoms. The ancient craftsman imagined God. We got a Sanchi, an Ajanta, an Elephanta.

Voltaire, Rousseau imagined liberty and equality. The world got a French revolution.

But there is also a dichotomy. The medieval papacy imagined the earth to be the centre of the universe. It were Galileo and Copernicus who showed the world, the real.
Remember imagination is Marx. Real is a Stalinist Russia.

Remember,
Either you make your imagination, your world, and live in it.
Or make the world, with your imagination, and live forever.
Your choice writes history.

Just me..

I liked to change some things in my life, but instead they changed me. I thought I was well informed, but I realized I was too naïve. I may be a mind reader , unaware of my own thoughts…..They blink they vanish, as if some sort of memory game being played…then again I realize I am someone different , one that I never knew….…their interests don’t match mine…things that excite them are too petty for me… I don’t know what I am looking for; there are no words for that on my mind…..

I have been remarked “5-50” meaning a child of five and thoughts of fifty year old, but does age define feelings? Does mind know how old it really is? Who stereotyped age and feelings pattern? Why do people bind themselves and compare everyone on that scale? And isn’t it good that I realized it fast? Well these questions are too complex, critics may find it useful to categorize me as “miserable” but they don’t know what I am talking about….they will never know….probably in their fifties……..but thoughts have no age, they are not bound. What they term as rise in level of maturity may just be a tide of thoughts……..

Life may be lived and then one can realize what it was, also one can think what life is and then live to discover how true/false their prophecies turned out. Its fun this way for me, it may not be for you and I don’t force you to think my way and expect the same from you. I am being very harsh I suppose but nothing comes between me and my writings, they may not be true, may be fictitious, rubbish and so on ….but they are mine ……too personal …..Too dear to me ……one may term me as 50, 60 and ……but I don’t care..….Cause age has nothing to do with thoughts…….

We have seen God only through the painter’s brush. Even if we do meet him (god), we might never recognize, but has anyone questioned the artist why is he making all those when he has never seen god?? We don’t tell him to stop making those, and ask him to make those after he dies (and that too if he is lucky enough to see god, if he exists!) we just allow his imagination to wander……never questioning him ….similarly everything needn’t happen to you to pen it ……it just occurs …touches …and leaves……

And I don’t believe in binding what comes to me , it may be “sad” , “childish”, “mature” and so on …..i don’t know , and I don’t care ….i don’t need to live a kind of life to understand it …….this way I live hundreds of lives , feeling each emotion ……probably my futile attempt to become immortal…..but this is what I am , and this is what I feel……..

The History

Kisi ne kaha hai
Itihaas dohrata hai khud Ko bar bar,
Aj mauka mila itihaas se robaroo hone ka,

Bekhouf hokàr chàrchà hui
Na itihaas ne humko samjha tha
Nà humne kàbhi itihaas Ko,

Bada marm hai teri iss kahàni me,
Aj pta chala kitna dard chupaye baitha hai
Sadiyon se,

Na dohrana tu khud Ko bar bar,
Na samajh hi sahi tu or mai
Alag alag hi sahi.

Sirf tu hai or tera ye Shahar hai,

Tere Iss Shahar me,
Bhataq gya Hun rasta.

Mind the Genie in the Lamp :: Awesome Story

Image result for wisdom

There once was a very poor man, who woke up hungry with only 1 rupee left in his pocket.

He decides to go to the market and see if his rupee can buy him some left over fruit.

At the market he meets a fancy clothed man behind a table with a beautiful oil lamp on it, and a sign that reads "1 rupee".

The poor man can't believe his eyes, and asks the man what the catch is.

It's true, the lamp only costs 1 rupee, the man says.

And he explains that in the lamp there lives a genie, who fulfills all your desires.

"Then why do you sell it?", the poor man wants to know.

"Well, the genie is always active and rather impatient", it is explained. "And if you don't pay attention to him, he'll start taking things away again".

"Well OK", the poor man says. "Since I don't have much to lose I will buy it from you".

When he arrives back home, he rubs the lamp and the genie appears. "How can I serve you, master?", he asks.

"Prepare me a meal worthy of a king", the poor man commands.

Within a second the genie serves an opulous meal with 87 courses.

The poor man is delighted, but when he wants to start eating, the genie asks again - "And how can I serve you master?"

Keeping in mind that the genie can also take away all the goodies, the poor man commands: "Build me a beautiful castle, suitable for a maharadja!"

Only a few seconds pass by, and the man now finds himself in a beautiful palace. He likes to explore it, but there comes the genie again, asking "How can I serve you, master?"

Every wish is immediately fulfilled, and when ignored, the genie takes away everything.

The poor man is annoyed and goes to the village sage, where he explains his problem.

After a silent conversation, the poor man steps to the genie and says: 'Genie, build me a large pole and stick it in the ground".

The genie immediately builds a pole and sticks it in the ground.

"Now genie, I want you to climb up and down the pole, over and over again".

The genie starts climbing right away.

And now the man has time to eat his meal, explore his palace and do other things.

When he and the sage go to see what the genie is doing, they see that he has fallen asleep next to the pole.

"And so it is with the thinking genie of every man", explains the sage.

"It is restless in its desire to satisfy every desire, and fragments our being.

The pole is a tool called a 'mantra'.

By repeating it over and over again, our restless mind is kept busy until it gets so bored that it falls asleep.

And this way our true self can enjoy the world."

:: Moral of the Story ::

You are more than your mind... Don't worry and enjoy your self

Holi Mania

Just like other major pan-Indian symbols, the festival of Holi has also been discussed, the tales being told by our grandmothers, the symbolism explained by our parents innumerable times.
This time it was really a very awesome Holi you can realise from the pictures 😊

And after that suffering from cold 😋
But it all fun with water and colours and every one was just in the mood "Alcoholic"
Enjoy every moment of life with full Masti and Dhamal who knows "kal ho Na ho".

But missing someone terribly 😑

Now I wish to touch upon those known and certain unknown attributes of the celebration of colors, called Holi.

It all really did start from the burning of Holika, the sister of the demon king Hiranyakashyap. The brother of Hiranyakashyap had been killed by Vishnu, and he had despised Vishnu since then. Much to his horror, his son Prahlad turned out to be a devout worshipper of Vishnu. Worried that his own son would make his subjects go back to openly worshipping Vishnu, he decided to kill his son. His sister, Holika had a divine drape which would never burn, so she wore the drape and sat on a pyre of burning wood. The drape, mystically, flew down from Holika to Prahlad, and Holika was burnt instead, thus the name, Holi.

Symbolically, Holi marks the victory of devotion and the devotee over evil. A night before Holi is celebrated, a pyre of woods is burnt, symbolizing the anniversary of burning of Holika thousands of years ago.

The tradition, then a small entity, celebrated only around the kingdom of Hiranyakashyap, merged with another similar sounding tradition, one of them being Hola, which means offering oblations to God in anticipation of a good harvest, Holi being celebrated at the onset of Spring season, marks the beginning of a new calendar year.

Another legend, which further got merged with the burning of pyre during Holi, was the burning of Kamadev by Shiva's third eye. Shiva had gone into deep meditation after the death of his wife Sati, and Parvati insisted Kamadev to bring Shiva out of the deep meditation. Shiva, enraged, opened his third eye and burnt Kamadev, Holika pyre thus symbolizing control of all worldly desires by a devotee.

For hundreds of years, the festival was celebrated as thus and there was no use of colors by then, until came the legends of Krishna.

Krishna was dark in color, and in contrast to his skin color, Radha was very fair. So, Krishna's foster mother Yashoda used to apply colors on Radha's face during the Holi festivities as a prank. Krishna took a cue out of it, and started applying dark colors to all his and Radha's friends simultaneously. The playful pranks by Krishna soon garnered tremendous acceptance among the subjects, and this is marked the beginning of playing colors on Holi.

These were mostly the legendary tales associated with Holi. The festival comprises of further symbolic and scientific attributes.

Celebrated at the onset of the colorful spring, and to mark the end of the New Year, the colors symbolize the beginning of the new harvest season and an ode to the colors of spring.

As per Hindu ideology, there are seven basic Hindu gods.

1. Dreaming force - Indra (god of dreaming)

2. Illusory force - Shakti (god of illusion)

3. Voluntary force - Brahma (god of creation/new life)

4. Semi voluntary force - Vishnu (god of preservation)

5. Involuntary force - Shiva (god of determination)

6. Status altering force - Shani (god of status change)

7. Compulsive force - Yama (god of compulsion)

Out of these seven, only Shiva and Vishnu are the ones which help us live a life of discipline. The rest of the gods, who are symbolized by various colors, viz. gold for Brahma, black for Shani, etc., deviate our lives from a disciplined approach. Hence the celebration of Holi, which is a symbolic outlet of all other forces, marked by playing and applying colors symbolizing those Gods and those forces.

In ancient India, this used to be the season where the germs of certain common skin diseases, like chicken pox, were majorly prevalent. The doctors of those times invented Gulaal, which is known to kill germs which cause skin-related diseases.

In certain cultures, the burning of wood and leaves on a full moon night already existed. Older leaves and wood being burnt symbolized the onset of time for new leaves and new wood to arrive. People smeared ash all over their bodies and celebrated the festivity.

Colorful days, solemn rituals, joyous celebrations - Holi is a cheerful occasion. In earlier times, people used to collect flowers of 'Tesu' trees from forests and spread out on mats. Once dried, they were ground to fine powder, and were then used to play Holi. A festival where all differences among individuals are resolved, people diving on to sweet festivities, Holi is a festival worth experiencing and celebrating in your life.

A Very Happy Holi😊

The Good DEVIL

Image result for good ghost

You tried to very genuinely help someone so many many times… and that too at the cost of your own health, peace & most importantly TIME. The more you helped; the more you lost your own self. Got misunderstood as well most of the times.

If your help could not help him / her; THEN it will not help in the future times as well…

So! The worst YOU can do is to carry on behaving as in past. And the best you can do is to NOT TRY to take control of others and let things BE.

YOU take control of yourself. And focus on your damn life. Too much to do in here … Isn’t it ?

They might find you shirking and might call you BAD. Become BAD to them once & forever than getting dissolved every single time (by becoming GOOD). Becoming BAD doesn’t mean doing bad to them. It means they will automatically start calling you BAD as they will now be missing your attention (having gotten used to it).

Applies to the closest relations in your life. A knife even if made of Gold can’t be kept closer to heart.

People can be severely thankless at times & keep on expecting you to be always there discharging your sense of responsibility (especially in families).

If you are emotionally competent enough to stay disconnected from their drama; yes! please keep on helping them. But if you are getting affected & rubbed and that also too very often- take a bold decision. For your very own people could be your biggest time & energy vampires & could suck you dry if you keep on letting them.

Be bold. Buy out peace by taking this ONE DECISION.

GUILT never BUILT anything. One Life!!

Ae Mere Khuda

Baksh deta hai Khuda unko, jinki kismat kharab hoti hai..
Wo hargiz bakshe nahi jaate, jinki neeyat kharab hoti hai..
Na mera ek hoga, na tera laakh hoga..
Na tariff teri hogi, na mazaak mera hoga…
Guroor na kar iss shaan shaukat, shareer par..
Mera bhi khaak hoga aur tera bhi khaak hoga…

Translation:

God forgives those with bad destiny but not those with cruel intentions.
Do not take pride in your riches and prosperity and your life. All of us will come to an end!

A lesson in humility, in this small transitory minute life. Have you ever compared the size of the Universe with your own size? It is a cruel reminder of your insignificance, your ordinary mortality.

Do not be vain in life. It is one very small life. In this small speck in the universe, live gracefully and live well.  Have good intentions even if destiny isn’t very lenient with you. The Almighty will take care of the rest!
