Borderline Personality Disorder

 Borderline Personality Disorder

This disorder is difficult. Everyday is a battle in your head. Fighting your emotions, reminding yourself that you are good enough and your friends don't hate you!

One wrong word, one look, anything that feels like rejection, is rejection. Then you obsess about it. You pick things apart. It is a war zone in your own mind. Trying to control everything in your head is pain staking. Exhausting.

You want to be alone but you don't want to be lonely. When you do make a connection, you attach yourself. You obsess because that is what you do. No calls, no messages, no meetings = rejection! It doesn't matter the reason. You become overbearing, annoying. Bad enough that you push people away. Then you are alone!

How many people are standing on the bridges you burn?

Some days it feels like you don't have a heart. Other days it feels like it is going to explode out of your chest.

Some days suck, some days are great but you never know what each day holds. You never know who you will be in the morning.

Always exhausted but never able to sleep. There is no end. This disorder is a prison and learning to live with it is the only way to survive it.

How to stop worrying?

How to stop worrying?

#ReCreatingViews

Know one thing – one day you are going to go under the ground. You will be finished. Everybody else will also be finished. What are you worried about? You are worried about money? You are worried about somebody’s opinion? You are worried about prestige? You are worried about your health? There are four things that people worry about –Money, Relationship, Prestige and Health! All of them is going to go away one day. Then why worry.

See life from a bigger context. Ten years ago, didn’t you worry? You are still alive. Five years ago, didn’t you worry? You are still alive. Three years back you worried. This worrying did not do anything to you. You only created more toxins in your body. Life anyway goes on.

Life is a balance between free will and destiny. How many of you have this question about free will and destiny? Is life all destined or is it all free will? I tell you, life is a combination of both free will and destiny. Your height is your destiny but your weight is your freewill.

You can’t say this my destiny is to weigh 100 kilos. I will tell you to get on to the treadmill. And don’t eat those burgers. So, your weight is your free will and your height is your destiny.

Similarly, it’s raining is destiny, whether to get wet or not is your free will.

Why every girl need to be educated and must do a job?

Women in India have been regarded with the utmost respect and has given a very higher place in society from the very early time. For any nation's progress, it is essential to empower women. As women creates and shapes the future of the nation building.

But India today is facing lot of challenges. The biggest challenge is dropping out of girls from schools which is propelled by multiple social circumstances. These include early marriage, poverty, lack of safety in schools, lower expectations of girls' education and traditional gender norms.

Right to Education (RTE) may have brought out many changes to the Indian education system. But RTE has failed to acknowledge, and therefore to address, the most pressing reason why girls have been unable to go to school in India, housework. The RTE has no provision for banning housework or agricultural work for children.

As their mothers step out to work in the informal sector or as farmers or agricultural laborers to substantiate the family income. Many underprivileged girls are shouldering the burden of care and housework.
In a report last year, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) had said, around 40 percent of 15 to 18 year old girls were out of school and among them almost 65 percent were engaged in household work.

Adolescence is an important transitioning phase and girls are not allowed to be involved in any kind of constructive work important for development of our nation and are confined to household work.

Somewhere we are still living in a patriarchal society. Where any substantial change is seen as a attack on the ego of male domination. They don't want the women to get out and involve in any profession. Reason behind this is given that, care of a child is only done by his mother and if should would go out, it will impact the upbringing.

Why only a woman is forced to take care of the children? Why not the father, stay at home and do the work. Why don't the society think beyond this all. There may be many situations that can occur all of sudden.

For example, If a girl is not educated or even after being educated, she don't have a experience of job. What if at the age of 35-40, her husband divorced her? What if her husband meet with an accident and dies? From where she will get job, to live her life and to do upbringing of her children.

We may have get away from gender discrimination. But gender biasness is still present. So what is the difference between discrimination and biasness? Biasness is also a form of discrimination, but it is invisible. When a boy is given preference for any job rather than a girl even if she is capable.

India's condition when seen in context of higher education is not much satisfactory. Very few girls get the higher education. As they have to fight with various kinds of challenges. Starting from home to society and at the Institutional level.

Indian women contribute only 18 percent to the country’s GDP,  one of the lowest in the world, and only 25 percent of India’s labor force is women. According to McKinsey’s gender parity report. India could add a whopping $770 billion to the country’s GDP by 2025 by encouraging girls to study and participate in the workforce.

Daughters are not a burden but the pride of the whole family. We can realize the power of our daughters when we see a woman fighter pilot. The country feels proud whenever our daughters bag gold medals, or for that matter any medal, in the Olympics.

There is a need for a much larger collective effort to achieve the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of eliminating “gender disparities in education and ensure equal access to all levels of education and vocational training for the vulnerable, including persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples and children in vulnerable situations”.

We have to form a society, where equal opportunities are provided to each girl.  She can fulfill her dreams. No one would able to question her abilities. We as a male, don’t have to fight for our acceptance. But they have to, so it’s our duty to provide them wings so that they can fly high in the sky.

Sometimes

Sometimes you have to just give yourself a little bit more time to find your groove again and allow yourself time to build momentum.

It's not always easy to pick yourself up and get back in the game. It's not always easy to feel motivated and inspired or even energised.

Sometimes, you just have to be patient and allow yourself time to just find yourself and find your flow once more.

We all go through periods in our life, where we feel uncertain, weak and uninspired. That's only natural. So rather than beating yourself up, start to accept and embrace the natural flow of life and give yourself time to work things out.

Everything comes around, in time. The same is true for you and your outlook, mindset and energy levels. Success isn't always about doing BIG things, it's often about managing yourself and your expectations so you can move forward.

Sometimes, you just have to be still and find that place within that allows you to be at peace with whatever you are doing.

Sometimes, just getting up and facing the day is good enough.
Doing the best that you can, while you work through your own issues and challenges is always good enough.

You will find your flow again. But for now, you might just need to give yourself a little bit more time to work things out and find yourself and your place in the world.

Loneliness

Oh! Loneliness
unlike any other day
you fill me with a sweet chaos
showing me a new way

to the destiny
I ought to reach
to the destiny
I wanted in which

I'm all alone
with my companion
lost in her eyes
in ecstacy of oblivion

My love,

in vain, Finding the words
to reach the heights of your beauty
the rain, of light from those splendors
enlightens me of you, O' my deity

I dream about the end
I lost the way
take my hand my friend
don't let me go astray

it's a prison I live in
every bar is your thought
why would I break in
to the world which is but nought

you, I want
bear your agony, I can't

even if my silence is what it takes
to keep you safe and aloof
with all vitality of a drowning man
i'll fight and cry with myself

forgive me if for any reason
I disclose this and loose your faith
this is treachery, this is treason
this is also my one last breath

Love Dualism

Ashamed I am of the latest event
and it feels like I got bitten by a serpent

It tells me my love was ne'er love
and that avidity was way above
My heart is torn to pieces
and the pain only increases

Of all these years of penance
I can feel the sheer absence
of what I had set out to achieve
to finally experience blissful peace

Aware I am now of my failure
saw it all in my life's trailer
The strength and the courage
got bogged down by that baggage

Took ample pride in who I made me.
Factors played their role, I now agree.

My heart now yearns for that path
penance commences: tell it not in Gath.

Habits changed the way I wanted,
I did complete what I started.

It took me to unexplored meadows,
The need for climbing virgin peaks arose.

Realized my purpose was still incomplete,
Smiled and said I will live free.

In a flurry of commotion,
of that unpleasant yet romantic realization,
the lump of air, I couldn't swallow.
my heart screamed, I couldn't follow.

Wise did it make me yet again
taught me to embrace that pain,
to work with me ,
set myself free,
wake me up from my slumber,
taste life, no wonder.and it feels like I got bitten by a serpent

My Reflections

I wish there was a mirror,

Which told me how I felt

Which showed me my true self

But then I am afraid

That if I knew what I was

Would I still love myself?

Mirrors are traders,

They give you what you give them..

Neither less, nor more

But of some things m still unsure

Wht if …..the mirror doesn’t reflect the truth ?

Wht if ….its a shrewd trickster,

Swindling around with our images?

Coz what I see in the mirror is not me, I know

And what I really am, I still hesitate to show….

I wonder whether I will find a true mirror,

Reflecting ME,

Echoing MY voice…

Though harsh, but so true,

Though aching, but still so sweet,

Coz mirror is reflection of pretence, not thoughts

It is so untrue and false,

It deceives me throughout my life,

Gets me back to the start…

to go around again!

I blind myself to my own thirst….

I starve my soul,

Bind my flight,

Curb my voice,

Mould my image,

To fit that mirror,

Oh! That limiting mirror…

Unaware of my potential,

Ignorant of my choices……

If it’s just that mirror which hold me back

I refuse to gaze in it

I reject the need of its approval

Coz I know that it’s too shallow to gauge my depth

And I pity those who spend their whole life framed in that mirror….

Oh! That limiting mirror…..

Bird in Me

A bird may sing, a bird may cry
a bird may fall and she may fly
She sways away to the unknown lands
she lives in no place, neither air nor sands
But the lives she sees make her fumble
The sands of time make her humble
A part of her she shares with joy
and flies away to the lands so dry
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
A land so green, a river so full
O dear Birdy, let me sing you into a lull
The stars shine in the sky so wide
the ocean kisses the shore with gentle tide
Let your music fill the air, so pure
Let your art blossom just a little more
Stay!
The song of your heart, for its sake
For every spirit here now you'll wake
will not stand in your way if you chose to fly
unless you promise not to say goodbye...

Own Life

One step low, one step high..

I am still where I was as time slips by…

People come, people go ..

I still don’t know who I really know…

Is it love?? or is it hate ..

Can I figure it out before it’s too late????

I am blamed that I have changed…

Why shouldn’t I; when all the others do the same….

For I am the master ..

But still my own slave….

I live my own life….

to go down my own grave…

For once I realize the crux of life …….

And the very next; I do forget …

That life is a function of time and luck ,

And I still don’t know which flowers to pluck…

Win the "Losing"

Winning or losing
Whatever it may
I never ever thought of this
Winning is like reaching the destination...
Losing is akin to bumpy rides on a journey full of self motivation...

Winning ends with destination but Losing means endless destinations.

Burning is an end for the people who decide to win...For failures burns are just lessons from the past. Failure makes man out of mice because nothing is going to hurt you till it takes your life!
Know this truth for it is for you the truth seeker.

Destination will always remain there
Forever

Sab Chalta Hai : Grace & Grease

Majority people pretend to be happy & making progress. They are always in search of artificial cheers. A very tiny minority tries to look for an answer to How to live an inspired life. They have that charm about them, that sexiness which is indescribable.  Their code is GRACE. And yes they are Happy with that also.

Grace is the dignity with which you carry yourself and  Grease is the attractive lubricant which you choose to keep your feet on to get carried away. As you get carried away; Grease consumes you like in a whirlpool. You become greasier in your habits & soon you’ll begin to feel like a hollow man meanwhile Grace is difficult as it involves baby steps & so many of them for you to feel that you are graceful. The thing is that Grease will make you mediocre in the long run & grace will prepare you for an awesome long run.

By an Renowned Author....

“There is a certain rhythm to living. A certain tune to which life plays out its song. Grace is that meter. Don’t mistake grace for manners. Grace is grander. You can always be taught manners. But grace is a goodness that is latent is a person. It is in the deepest recess of your being.

Whenever I have been caught between the right thing to do and the wrong thing to do, I have looked at grace to be my umpire. Make grace your walking stick. Grace allows you to construct victories out of losses. Grace forces you to look at the losses in your apparent victories.

Grace is the only thing that will tell the world what kind of parents you had!”

Beautiful lines. Aren’t they? But what is grace exactly?

Grace is the simplicity of the calmness of your mind, in the face of the most devious of your temptations. Grace is the fight that you put up in a polite yet firm manner, against your own shortcomings. Grace is the way you deal with people and situations and yourself, while you maintain your dignity unfailingly.

Grace is in not giving in to attractive garbage because everyone is doing the same. Grace is also in having the courage to be different.

And what is grease then? Let me use an example.

Grease is falling for every other person who appears moderately interesting and then getting intimate with them. It takes away a part of you. Trust me, it does. Grace is in waiting for the right person instead of falling for & jumping into the bed with the next okayish person you meet. Let me share the risk and returns attached with this argument.

Having seen both grace and grease, in the early years of my life, I have learned that the joy that the constant greasing brings, is always ephemeral, always complicated and emotionally exhausting. And if it doesn’t emotionally exhaust you, it will bring you the addiction of bodies, which is probably the worst kind of addiction ever.

The problem with the grease is – it is highly tempting. Like alcohol, it helps you forget your struggles for the moment. But when that moment is over, you are back to square one. You fall back to the same place from a high point with a soundless thud that hurts more than what will meet your eye. You have definitely not moved past that struggle. You have simply kept it at bay for some time. And the next time you need a refuge, you are back to the next person you can grease with. May sound harsh but that’s how it is. Like a cigarette that lasts for 2 minutes of pleasure until you start craving for the next one.

How is that helpful? How does that help you move forward in life? I think you get the point. I will repeat my question: How to live an inspired life?

And grease is not just in the wanton temptations. It is also your inability to fight those habits that pull you down. Your blue addictions, your lazy routines, your ‘sick to the stomach’ over-eating habits, junk foods, your incessant gossiping, your constant ‘putting other people down’, your over-reactions, disregard for others’ feelings, menti-sental emotions – are all grease.

Grace is not amplifying your glory but in creating that silent & lambent respect for your own self. Grace is letting people discuss ‘How awesome you are’. Grease is seeking attention always & becoming like a person who wants the world to know even when he farts. Trust me- the world does not give a shit to a greasy person.

Grace is in enjoying that coffee with you partner over a beautiful conversation. Grease is uploading the status that you are having it at Starbucks.

Grease is always surviving & thriving on compliments, praise received from people. Grace is silently adding value to people in your life.

Grace is doing a lot of interesting stuff in life which makes you feel complete & awesome in your own mind. Grease is waiting for someone else to come in your life & complete you.

“People always say be true to yourself. But that’s misleading. Because there are two selves. There’s your short term self and your long term self. And if you are only true to your short term self, your long term self slowly decays.”

Grease is allowing yourself to decay on purpose. Grease is in choosing to not follow your dream today. Grease is in postponing that run / play / skill development activity for tomorrow because today you are too busy partying or living up to someone else’s expectation from you.

Grease is giving in to the “Chalta hai” attitude that the youth so harmfully inculcates. Because the people for whom “sab kuch chalta hai”, slowly become the “chalta hai” kind of people, who remain mediocre always. The greatness and the extra –ordinariness that you want to so desperately achieve, comes with a trade-off, a price. The opportunity cost of your grease enjoyment is that – even though you may achieve a lot, you will always be a part of the rat race because you won’t be very different from a lot of other greasy people.

The biggest fallacy of being mediocre is that people often mistake mediocrity with financials and social status. You could be a billionaire and a high end achiever and still be a mediocre, full of grease person if you haven’t cultivated grace, somewhere deep from within.

On the other hand, grace is in investing time in good habits. Grace is in sleeping early if you can’t control your hormones at night … grace is in willing yourself to wake up early morning (a fantastic habit to have) and going for a long, peaceful walk. Grace is in picking up a good book and reading by the window. Grace is in killing yourself to go out of your comfort zone and perfect that dance move with stellar discipline. Grace is in practicing that backhand move 500 times to get one good shot the next time you go to court. Grace is in not giving up your dreams. Grace is walking away from all those things that do not lead you to your chosen path.

You want to be stellar? You want to be an example, someone your peers and colleagues look up to? You want to be extra-ordinary in the horde of so many ordinary people around you who are struggling day and night? Add a bit of Grace to your life.

And let me tell you. Grace is not as easy as Grease. Grease is easily available for you to slip over and fall flat on the face. Grease is easily available all over the place. Because we are in a time where grease is appreciated and praised, while grace is looked upon as something that has been forced on you.

However Grace has stellar long term benefits which are not easy to spot. You need that eye to find it and then you need the courage to own it. Courage after all is simply grace under pressure.

I am not sure if I have succeeded in sharing this hard earned, cultivated over the last 15 years wisdom with you and whether it has reached you in the same wavelength as intended. Do feel free to ask questions if you wish to. And,

Be graceful. Be good. Grease is easy but grace is better, much better. But most important of all, cultivate grace because it gives depth to your soul. Grace is the deepest ocean of all.

Add a bit of Grace to your Life; maybe that is what is missing right now? A super inspired life is awaiting you. Claim it using GRACE.

Poetry Inside

Whatever you have inside
Take it out
Untill
A poem doesn't form

Because
Poetry is within you

Do not connect outside
The way in which others do

Going
In your inner
That-there on the side by

Do not turn
And
Do not recognize

These two-to-two
Unknowing
So of your poem

Your songs
Ebullient
Will spread somewhere else
Does not bloom
In those barges
Where without blinking

Nothing happens

Goes right
Her name
Is the time

Time is big
He will only write
A book on you

When you
Are at the corner
Think of you

Will do
With you what you want
Mutual one
Like magic
Spreading on the wall

I have it all

I have it all. Buried deep under my skin.
Too much. Too little.
From long ago.
- How much -
do you want ?

I have it all. Bubbling, burbling, murmuring
in the spaces of my mind
Too wide. Too narrow
From time to time
- How much -
can you hold?

I have it all. Foaming, spuming, sparkling
in my soul
Too eternal. Too ephemeral
From the beginning
- How much -
can you absorb?

I have it all.I have it in my heart. The bloodstreams dumping blood, pouring in all.
Too broad.Too thin.
-How much-
can you draw?

I have it all.I have in my mind dreams for all.Sometimes through the meadows, sometimes through the wall.
Too big.Too small.
-How much-
can you hold?

I have it all.People mumbling their stories and I absorb them all.I absorb those stories and I'm going to absorb them all.
Too long.Too short.
-How much-
do you want?

Within you
In your soul

Destroy Me

If You know

how to destroy me,

again and again

in your ruthless rhyme.

Let me tell you,

I will build myself back anew

every single time.

Try again

You will find my soul more strong

Every time you destroy

New creation will happen

I am immortal

Anant

"There will be times in your life, when you do not know what you want.
But remember,
you always know, deep within what you need.

Do you need me then?
like air.
Like water.
Like fire.
Like the sky, and
Like the earth..."

Asked the star to the tree on a distant planet.

The difficulty of living in an empty space is that
you are so full of light and dark,
matter and anti-matter,
galaxies and black-holes,
and still
you are
the empty space.

"Na mera koi antt hai
Na koi shuruat
Na koi rishta hai
Na koi shikwa hai
Na koi shikayat
Na koi àpna
Na koi paraya
Na koi dukh hai
Na koi Sukh hai
Anant hu Mai
Har kaal me vidyamaan hun
Shakti Hun mai
Mai hi shuruat hun
Mai hi antt Hun"

Just me..

I liked to change some things in my life, but instead they changed me. I thought I was well informed, but I realized I was too naïve. I may be a mind reader , unaware of my own thoughts…..They blink they vanish, as if some sort of memory game being played…then again I realize I am someone different , one that I never knew….…their interests don’t match mine…things that excite them are too petty for me… I don’t know what I am looking for; there are no words for that on my mind…..

I have been remarked “5-50” meaning a child of five and thoughts of fifty year old, but does age define feelings? Does mind know how old it really is? Who stereotyped age and feelings pattern? Why do people bind themselves and compare everyone on that scale? And isn’t it good that I realized it fast? Well these questions are too complex, critics may find it useful to categorize me as “miserable” but they don’t know what I am talking about….they will never know….probably in their fifties……..but thoughts have no age, they are not bound. What they term as rise in level of maturity may just be a tide of thoughts……..

Life may be lived and then one can realize what it was, also one can think what life is and then live to discover how true/false their prophecies turned out. Its fun this way for me, it may not be for you and I don’t force you to think my way and expect the same from you. I am being very harsh I suppose but nothing comes between me and my writings, they may not be true, may be fictitious, rubbish and so on ….but they are mine ……too personal …..Too dear to me ……one may term me as 50, 60 and ……but I don’t care..….Cause age has nothing to do with thoughts…….

We have seen God only through the painter’s brush. Even if we do meet him (god), we might never recognize, but has anyone questioned the artist why is he making all those when he has never seen god?? We don’t tell him to stop making those, and ask him to make those after he dies (and that too if he is lucky enough to see god, if he exists!) we just allow his imagination to wander……never questioning him ….similarly everything needn’t happen to you to pen it ……it just occurs …touches …and leaves……

And I don’t believe in binding what comes to me , it may be “sad” , “childish”, “mature” and so on …..i don’t know , and I don’t care ….i don’t need to live a kind of life to understand it …….this way I live hundreds of lives , feeling each emotion ……probably my futile attempt to become immortal…..but this is what I am , and this is what I feel……..
